Clients apply for jobs that were not on their radar, successfully secured employment, resumes and Linkedin profiles optimized, edited coverletters that land interviews, comfortable and confident interviews, and successful offer negotiations.

They comment that my energy is contagious and my advice and direction is veryhelpful. Clients like my approach because I am affirming, curious, andempowering. My advice is grounded in lived-experiences and industry best practices.

Let the client lead the way, they will tell you what they want and need. The client is the expert, which is why I call them the "talent" and not the "client". The word client is too transactional. I deliver affirmation, clarity, and transformation. I don't deliver transactions.

I coach everyone. Midlife or mid-career, approaching retirement, young and junior executives, managers, individual contributors, young people wanting a change, older people who want a change, folks who have been laid off or fired. I like a diversity of talent.

For 30 years I worked at the American Medical Association as a Director. I have a Masters in Corporate & Multicultural Communiations. Now I own my own consulting & coaching firm. And I am a volunteer coach at the Career Transitions Center in Chicago.
